The Master’s A Studio is the first of three core design studios at the Boston Architectural College.  As a fundamental component of your education at the BAC, the Master’s A Studio teaches an understanding of abstraction and conceptualization through the use of two and three-dimensional exercises.  

Basic concepts are introduced including ordering principles, color theory, proportion, human scale and the basic elements of architecture and interior design. Freehand drawings, study models and collages are emphasized as the media for design investigation.
